Our brand new online booking system!

We are so excited to announce that we now have an online booking system! This is something that we’ve wanted to offer Woodlands clients for a long time, but due to the nature of the diary software we were using, this wasn’t possible. You’ll probably know that previously, you could “request” an appointment via the Woodlands website, but this still required confirmation from our team via a phone call or email and often meant lots of back and forth if the date or time that you had requested wasn’t actually available to book.

Thankfully, we’ve updated our diary system which means that all of our clients can now book their appointments online!

The new booking platform can be accessed any time of the day or night and gives clients complete control when it comes to booking their appointment. Select your preferred venue, date, time and even therapist, all with a simple click! To use our new booking system, simply click here and follow the instructions below.

  • You will first see a list of Woodlands venues - Aigburth, Woolton or Baltic - simply click on the one that you wish to attend.
  • Next, choose your treatment by clicking on a treatment type in the list on the left hand side of the screen. Each treatment type will then open up a further menu of treatments.

  • Once you’ve found your chosen treatment, you can opt to be treated by a particular therapist, or, if you don’t mind, just select “Any Therapist” and click “Book Now” to add the treatment to your cart. 
  • A window will appear showing your cart. Here you can choose to add more services, or proceed to the booking page.
  • On the next page, you will see a list of all the available dates and times for that week. If you’re trying to book an appointment for a later date, click on “Choose a date” in the top right hand corner, which will open a full calendar, allowing you to select your preferred date.

  • Upon choosing your preferred date and time, you will be prompted to create an account (if this is your first time using the system) or login (if you’ve used it before). Your account will allow you to manage your bookings and re-book repeat treatments if required.
  • To secure your booking, you will be asked to pay a small deposit, which will be taken off your bill after you’ve had your treatment. 

It’s incredibly straightforward and will hopefully make things easier for those clients who don’t always have time to call or email us during the day.

Our Special Offers can also be booked via the new system - you’ll see a separate tab in the left hand menu titled “Special Offers” - simply click on this to see what’s available!
